I love using mayonnaise to add creaminess and flavor to a lot of my dishes, sauces, and dressings, but I have always had trouble finding it in the grocery store with no added sugar. It’s so easy to make and takes very little time, so I decided to start making my own. An added bonus: It tastes ten times better!
You will need an immersion blender for this!
This mayonnaise will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks.
A simple recipe for mayonnaise without the sugar and preservatives Place all ingredients except for avocado oil into quart jar. Use immersion blender to combine (about 5-10 seconds) Pour in avocado oil about 1/8 C at a time while mixing with immersion blender on high speed. After all oil is added continue to mix with immersion blender until the desired consistency is reached. This mayonnaise can be used as a condiment by itself, or in any dressing or sauce.
